About

Joseph Brooks grew up on the East side of San Antonio Tx. In one of the most dangerous parts of the city, losing many of his friends to gang activity.

He was able to escape that gang violence, criminal activity and other dangers in his neighborhood by using principles taught to him by his mother and father.

After his parents died, Joseph used the principles taught to him by his parents to leave the east side and pursue his dreams of becoming a fitness trainer and motivational speaker. After working for some major gyms, Joseph opened up his own boutique training facility and built it into the largest studio in Texas at that time.
